About the role: A global technology company developing solutions for digital identity and secure communication is now looking for a meticulous and engaged production worker. You will support the team in manufacturing personalized security products in a technical production environment where quality, delivery precision, and continuous improvement are central.

Your future responsibilities: You will play a key role in ensuring that products are manufactured according to high standards of quality and delivery time. The work involves following established processes, handling production equipment, and contributing to the development of the production department.

Examples of tasks:

• Manufacturing products according to correct quantity, quality, and cost
• Following procedures for operating production equipment
• Performing simple troubleshooting and machine adjustments
• Reporting deviations and suggesting improvement measures
• Participating in improvement work
• Following internal guidelines and policies

We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience from production or manufacturing environments, preferably within technology or electronics. You are meticulous, structured, and thrive in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in production
• Good technical understanding
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Fluent Swedish skills

Advantageous qualifications:

• Experience with simple machine maintenance
• Knowledge of improvement work, e.g., Lean

As a person, you are solution-oriented, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. You contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
